  • *Overall Job Responsibility**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our full-cycle recruitment in Penang. You will be pivotal in attracting top talent in the competitive Malaysian market, ensuring a great candidate experience, and supporting our growth.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments, from job description development to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, Maukerja, employee referrals) to proactively source and attract candidates.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure fit with role requirements and company culture.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment tracker.
  • Conduct market salary benchmarking surveys to ensure our offers remain competitive.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in HR projects as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
  • **Training**
  • Training Arrangement (in-house/public courses/online)
  • Update Training record/Training requisition for ISO TNI and complete Update in yearly Training schedule
  • Scheduling and follow up with HOD for the orientation briefing and onboarding new employee program
  • HRDF claim -Submit application and claim for training
  • Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.
  • *Scope of Authority**
  • Supervise the Administrative' dormitories.
  • Authorize medical chits and gate pass.
  • *Requirements**
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, technology, or related industries in Malaysia.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (written and spoken). Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a strong advantage.
  • Familiar with local recruitment platforms and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
