Freight / Cargo Forwarding (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Full-time

RM 4,000 – RM 5,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer booking requests and arrange bookings with liners, co-loaders, customs brokers, and trucking companies according to customer requirements.
• Submit SI, VGM, AMS, ISF, ENS and other shipping instructions accurately and on time.
• Prepare and manage ocean/air freight export and import documentation, including MBL, HBL, and related documents.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle billing processes, including cost settlement and invoicing.

Requirements

• Malaysian Chinese candidates only (mandatory requirement)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Work location: Centro Mall, 8 Jalan Batu Tiga Lama, Kawasan 16, Kampung Bukit Kuda, Kapar 41300 Selangor, Malaysia

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
