Production Intern (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations and shopfloor activities
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities (productivity, quality, cost, safety)
• Help collect and analyse production data (yield, downtime, cycle time, etc.)
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
• Support coordination between production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams
• Prepare basic reports and documentation as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree background in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain
• Strong interest in production processes and continuous improvement
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel / basic data analysis tools
• Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
