Manufacturing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities according to tasks assigned by the team leader, ensuring 5S compliance throughout the production process, and strictly following basic on-site production rules.
• Timely inspect and report quality issues during the process, and cooperate with relevant personnel to make improvements.
• Fill out the daily production report as required, record production status and consumption of auxiliary materials, and provide timely feedback.
• Attend the team’s daily morning meeting and follow production task arrangements.
• Ensure safe production.
• Strictly follow work requirements, and comply with the supervision of team leaders and supervisors regarding work discipline, process discipline, quality awareness, and on-site 5S standards.
• Proactively identify and report potential safety hazards, and protect both personal and company property.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production machinery.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on a 12 hours rotating shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
