Role Summary

Responsible for leading shift operations and ensuring the safe, reliable operation of data centre critical infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift technicians
• Operate and monitor critical systems (power, cooling, UPS, generators)
• Act as Authorized Person under A4 Chargeman responsibilities
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and outages
• Carry out switching, isolation, and permit‑to‑work activities
• Coordinate contractors and maintenance works
• Maintain shift logs and handover reports

Requirements

• Diploma holder and above in engineering field
• 3 years or more experience in a similar role within a data centre or critical environment
• A4 Electrical Chargeman Certificate (mandatory)
• Strong electrical knowledge and leadership skills
• Comfortable working rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
