Position: After-sales Engineer

Salary Range: MYR 4,000 - 6,000

## Job Requirements

• Fluent in Malay, Mandarin and English, with the ability to use all three as daily work communication languages.
• Basic knowledge of Huawei ICT equipment is preferred; holding relevant after-sales technical certificates will be a plus.
• Capable of responding to and resolving on-site project issues quickly, with a strong sense of service and pressure resilience. Able to cooperate with project schedules to complete after-sales support and testing coordination work.
• Willing to cooperate in obtaining relevant professional qualification certificates.

## Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for on-site technical supervision of projects, coordinate equipment commissioning and operation monitoring to ensure that the construction process is standardized and in line with technical standards.
• Cooperate with the team to complete project testing, troubleshooting and optimization work, assist in sorting out technical documents to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
• Liaise with the Chinese technical team and local partners, promote cross-departmental work connection and resolve on-site sudden technical and coordination issues through trilingual communication and coordination.
• Participate in special training organized by Huawei Malaysia Office, conduct systematic learning of Huawei ICT technologies and obtain the Huawei HCIP certificate. Simultaneously work towards obtaining relevant professional certificates in PM (Project Management) and quality management. The company provides training support and certificate examination guidance.
