Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product configuration, process quality, production yield, manufacturing cost, delivery requirements and the reduction of rework and scrap
• Drive optimization of manufacturing productivity through process improvement
• Review product documentation (Engineering Drawing, Customer Requirements, Process Specification, Business Specification, Material Specification)
• Responsible for the final qualification part process and equipment
• Establish and develop manufacturing plans
• Maintain BOM and Hours documentation
• Support RFQ requirements
• Responsible for Requirement Consumption activities
• Review the requirement of new release Boeing Specifications
• Provide technical support and documentation for process troubleshooting, process improvement and PSE project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical disciplines such as Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of professional engineering in related technical field
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in speaking, listening and writing
• Excellent MS Office tools skills
• Competency in ERP software such as Syteline, PLM software such as ENOVIA and 3D drafting software such as CATIA would be an added advantage
• Ability to perform under minimal supervision
