1.
Human Resources
Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop annual HR plans and manpower cost budgets aligned with the company’s business strategy.
- Optimize organizational structure and headcount planning to improve operational efficiency.
- Establish succession planning frameworks and build talent pipelines for key positions.
- Recruitment & Talent Management
- Lead recruitment for key manufacturing roles, including engineering, production, supply chain, finance, and other critical functions.
- Optimize recruitment channels to improve hiring efficiency while controlling cost and time-to-fill
- Develop and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline for skilled workers and technical operators.

Compensation & Performance Management
- Design and continuously improve the compensation structure, including fixed pay, performance bonuses, and incentive schemes.
- Develop and implement performance management systems (KPI/OKR frameworks).
- Participate in annual salary reviews, bonus allocation, and incentive program planning.

Employee
Relations & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (including the Employment Act and related regulations).
- Manage employment contracts and handle employee relations matters and disputes.
- Oversee statutory contributions and compliance matters, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF.
- Support workplace health, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Training & Organizational Development
- Develop and implement annual training and development plans.
- Strengthen supervisory and middle management capabilities through structured development programs.
- Promote corporate culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Administration & Workforce Efficiency
- Oversee factory administrative and facilities management, including hostels and canteen operations.
- Analyze workforce efficiency metrics such as output per headcount, turnover rate, and overtime ratio.
- *Requirements:**
- Degree or above in HR Management or other relevant field
- At least 5 years of HR experience & 3 year in managerial role
- Manufacturing industry or factory experiences is highly preferred
- Must familiar with Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements
- Prefer Mandarin Speaker to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
- Software required: SAP / Workday
