Manufacturing Managers/Asst (Semiconductor/IC/EMS- Manufacturing/Engineering)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in the overall management of the operation and manufacturing business unit shipment schedule compliance and the sale.
• Formulate goals and objectives for operations and manufacturing business unit in accordance with the set company goals.
• Plans and maintains optimum manning level to sustain efficient production operation at operations manufacturing business of the company.
• Review PPC loading production schedule and commitment to customers in monthly/weekly basis.
• Coordinate with Quality Engineering Department on matters concerning quality and yield of operations and manufacturing business unit.
• Conducts or review performance evaluation of all staffs and direct labor under his/her organization.
• Coordinate with HRD, Medical and Safety on matters affecting the welfare of his/her subordinates.
• Coordinate with the customer representative on relevant matter concerning their products.
• Actively helps in the implementation and reinforcement of occupational health and safety standards.
• Provides visible support in the conduct of various company sponsored activities.
• Maintains a healthy balance between the productivity requirements in his/her area and the human needs of the operations and manufacturing business.
• Directly supervises the production and Equipment Engineering under his/her organization.
• Ensures application of quality policy of the company in his area of responsibility.
• Conducts regular meeting with his subordinates to update them of the company direction and resolve work-related concerns.

REQUIREMENTS

• BS Engineering or more than 6 years semiconductor / IC manufacturing and / or engineering experience in managerial capacity.
• Knowledgeable In Production, planning and execution strategies, quality / improvement systems / ISO 9000, time and motion studies and plant maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, people management and communication skill.
• Computer literate, able to use the internet and email.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
